If it wasn't so close to my trip, I would be using another service. All I want is an explanation as to why I could not just amend my booking rather than cancel and rebook. Think this is wrong and they must be making a lot of money from people if it happens all the time. It was not my fault I had to cancel, but they still took the fee. I have rebooked with the information they required but still no refund of cancellation fee. Two contact emails later and still haven't heard anything. I contacted them to ask about this and how I rebook and was told I would hear within 24 hours. However, they still charged me the cancellation fee. However, when I initially booked, they emailed me for more information about my accommodation and told me I needed to cancel and rebook and that I wouldn't be charged cancellation fee if I sent cancellation reference which I did.

Please just switch back to drivers waiting in arrivals with a sign, it’s a lot easier and cheaper. Lots of extra steps, 2 internationals calls and lots of hassle. The agent did stay on the line until I found the driver, which actually had a blue car! The driver also had the wrong name on the piece of paper they had of who they were supposed to pick up, which added to the confusion. I said there a lot of white cars and asked for the registration to be repeated. The taxi was described as a white car and the registration was read out quickly and to go and find the taxi. Had to phone the international number again.
They were to send a text confirming the registration number of the taxi but the text didn’t arrive.
This time I had to call an international number once in arrivals (thanks for the extra charge, not). Previously taxi drivers have been waiting in arrivals with a sign. Lots of hassle and international calling charges
